Training is an indispensable activity for an organization that wants to trade in organic products or certify organic production areas.  CODAS experts have participated in the development of the first organic agriculture document set in Vietnam, under the support of the project “developing the Vietnamese organic production and market framework” implemented by the Central Government.  Vietnam Farmers Association (VFU) and Asia-Denmark Agricultural Development Organization (ADDA),Helvetas Viet Nam.  Up to now, CODAS has participated in training for many people, from local officials, farmer lecturers, producers, farmers, entrepreneurs, consumers … The courses are all appropriately designed.  for each target group with a learner-centered training method, new teaching methods and attractive extracurricular activities.  Our strength is that the learning organization goes hand in hand, when conducting training, we already have the production areas of organic standards, certified in the country, internationally for students to practice.  Not many units can arrange it because the young experience in the industry is difficult to create conditions for students to practice comfortably, standardly and lead to proficiency.
